Sweet Simone {Raleigh, Durham family photographer}
After being rained out twice, I finally got to meet up with the “H” family down in Durham’s Tobacco District. We didn’t have to deal with rain, but we had some crisp fall air! That didn’t stop us from having fun though. Mom and Dad had warned me that Simone can be rather serious and tough to get to open up. Well she made my day! Not only did she open up to me, but she wanted to hold my hand and give me a big hug =) She is such a sweet, sweet girl. Thank you for spending the morning with me!

Sweet baby Hunter was a special session. His mom was my daughters pre-school teacher last year. Needless to say it was an honor for me to be able to photograph this sweet baby boy. Sweet was exactly what he was. I had such a hard time narrowing down the pictures for his sneak peek. He slept like a champ for me. I had the pleasure of photographing the sweetest couple this past weekend. They are expecting a beautiful baby girl this November. While we were hoping for some beautiful evening light, mother nature didn’t cooperate. We still had a great session though and I had so much fun meeting and spending the evening with them. It’s obvious how in love they are and that they are going to make amazing parents. I’m truly lucky to have clients trust me with these special moments in their lives. I can’t thank them enough!
Kai came to visit me this past weekend, and I wish I could have kept him forever! He was the cutest, sweetest little boy with the most amazing big brown eyes I have seen! He was so fun to photograph, and so easy to work with. He is full of personality and has so many expressions. We kept the session simple just focusing on how cute and adorable Kai is at 9 months. Mom gave me a secret mission which I can’t share, but I hope we accomplished it for her! Oh and be prepared mom and dad, Kai is going to be mobile any day now and his curiosity for life is going to keep you on your toes!
Serious Samantha {Raleigh, Fuquay-Varina, Cary child photographer}
You may remember this little sweetie from this summer. We had done our first shoot in some serious summer heat and mom wanted to try again now that it’s cooler to see if we could get some more smiles and photos for a special scrapbook she’s working on. Well we got lots more pictures, but Samantha was in her serious mode again. She was off and exploring everything around her! I’d love to know what is going on inside her adorable little head.
