Precious baby Jackson is the son of the sweetest couple I got to meet this summer during their maternity shoot. They were so great to work with and was honored that they chose me to do Jackson’s newborn photos. Jackson was such a sweet little boy – so alert for just 1 week old. He did not care to be posed or moved around too much, but we worked around it and captured some sweet images. I hope you enjoy your preview and your new bundle of joy!
Baby Carter came to visit this weekend. He was just 8 days new and such a sweet boy. He slept for 2 straight hours for me (according to mom and dad this is rare!). I had so much fun with him! Mom brought some of her own props too – which I love. It was so nice to meet you all, and I hope you enjoy your preview. There are a TON of more cute ones coming your way, including the shot we really had to work for – but we got it!
To say that I am in love with this first shot would be an understatement =)
Today I received an amazing package in the mail. I discovered Tinker & Art a while back and simply fell in love with their work. I quickly knew I must have one! I sent them a favorite picture of my daughter I had taken and asked if they would be able to use it to create one of their amazing works of art. I think it came out absolutely perfect and am amazed at the likeliness and detail work done. Now I get to wear my little girl close to my heart each and every day! If you have a special photograph you would like to turn into a piece of art – contact me! Better yet, let’s set up a session and get an amazing photo that you can use to turn your memory into art. Check out tinkerandart.com to see more amazing examples of their work. You can even combine two photographs to get the look you going for. Pop on over to my facebook page to see a quick picture of me wearing my new art!
I had the pleasure of meeting H & M a couple of weekends ago. They are expecting a beautiful baby girl soon and wanted to capture these special moments. H is a going to be a super mom! She is totally embracing this pregnancy even with the 100 + degree weather we’ve been having! Unfortunately dark clouds and a storm decided to roll in right around the time of our session but we were still able to get some shots in before we totally lost all our light.
I actually shot this handsome little fellow a little while back. It’s been a busy summer for us and I’m now trying to play catch up with my blog! Beckett was the little model for my newborn session on my trip to Texas. He was a sweet little thing who slept for almost the entire 4 hour session. Don’t you just want to eat him up!
