Time is flying by! Baby “J” is already 4 months old! He and his adorable big brother came to visit me today. They are both just too cute! I had so much fun with their session. Mom and I had been emailing about session ideas. She wanted to incorporate Valentine’s, teddy bears and Chinese New Year. Such fun and cute ideas and I think they came out great. Mom actually created many of the props like the cherry flower branches – those are actually all hand made paper blossoms. She also made some origami tulips – such talent! I still wonder when she has the time to this with two small children =) While this was definitely baby J’s session, big brother wasn’t going to be upstaged so he wanted to do some shots too, and yes he makes an adorable teddy bear as well! Thanks for coming to visit me and having fun with me today “L” family.
I spent a beautiful January afternoon with these cuties! Big sister “N” just celebrated her 3rd birthday and “L” is already 9 months old. Time is sure flying by! From the moment I pulled up sweet “N” was full of energy and had lots to tell me about her birthday last week. We laughed, we sang songs, we ran, and climbed and ran some more. The best part for me were all the smiles. The best part for “N” was no doubt the lollipop she got at the end of the session. She literally savored every second of unwrapping it until the first lick. She is growing up so fast and at times it felt like she was 13 vs. 3. Thanks for coming out to see me “G” family, it was a pleasure as always. You have such a beautiful family!
Look at this handsome fella! Sweet Jackson and his parents came to see me today, and boy did it make my day. I think is like my 5th or 6th session with this family, and I feel so honored to be able to watch their little family grow. While Mr. Jackson was not exactly feeling the session today, he still was cute as can be. He was busy flirting with my daughter and playing ball with some ornaments, until we busted out the cookies. Then he sat there perfectly still and let me snap away. I’m thinking I should have brought those out a bit sooner. I absolutely loved that mom brought along a little elf outfit, it was too stinking cute. Jackson didn’t quite agree with us though. The hat was a big no go, but we at least got some shots of him before he demanded we take the suit off. Hopefully he won’t hold it against us. Thanks for coming to see my “P” family, I wish you a Merry, Merry Christmas and hope to see you in 2013!
Look at those curls, and those big eyes! Meet “R” – an adorable little girl on a mission to find squirrels! We spent a beautiful fall morning yesterday walking around hunting for squirrels. “R” saw some as soon as she arrived, and after that she was bound and determined to find them again. We tried all sorts of distractions, but she always came back to the squirrels. I was actually pretty impressed with her memory. For a while I thought I was only going to get her serious face – which is pretty cute, but then towards the end of our session we finally got to see that big beautiful smile of hers. Mom and dad get a big thanks for helping to get those smiles out of her and running around acting crazy. Thanks for spending the morning with me, and I hope you have a great birthday next week!!
Look at these little cuties! From the moment I saw them get out of the car, I knew we were going to have a good session. Mom picked out some super cute outfits for them and the girls rocked them! They were so cooperative and great during their session, I had so much fun with them!
