Meet baby “E”. He was 5 days new, but looked and slept like a 2 month old. His skin was perfect, he was healthy – and big! He was such a dream to work with. Mom and I had already discussed his session beforehand. Our goal was to keep it simple, classic and just focus on baby. I was completely on board and as soon as I saw baby “E”, it was almost a must. That hair, those rolls, that perfect skin. He was breathtaking! We started off with some family shots and some special shots with big sister “K”. She was so excited to be a big sister and have a new little brother. I hear she is quite the little helper. I hope they grow up to be the best of friends! Thanks for coming to visit me “G” family. It was such a pleasure to work with you, I hope you enjoy these memories we’ve captured.
Meet baby Wyatt. What a precious little bundle he was for me yesterday. He was so quiet, so peaceful and absolutely perfect. When he first arrived he decided he just wasn’t sleepy. We took some awake shots and then he finally gave in and entered into a deep milk slumber. He had the sweetest little smiles and I loved his fuzzy hair. Mom and Dad were so relaxed and pleasant, and it was hard to believe they just had a baby. They didn’t show any signs of being tired. They were a delight to work with. Thanks for coming to visit me “C” family, and for sharing your precious baby boy with me!

Baby “J” came to visit me today, and I can’t think of a better way to spend the last day of 2012. I feel so blessed to be able to capture newborn photos for so many families this year. Mom and Dad called me a few days ago and asked if I could squeeze in a last minute session. I told her of course, I’ll always make time for a newborn. I’m so glad I was able to do the session because what a sweet family they were. They are going to make great parents and “J” is very lucky to have them for his mom and dad. Mom had told me that she loves snowmen so I of course had to make sure to get a shot in with a cute little snowman hat. He looks absolutely precious as a little snow baby. Thank you so much for making the drive to see me today and share your baby boy with me. He was an absolute dream and so cute and tiny!!! I loved every minute with him! Enjoy your sneak peek mom and dad – and Happy New Year!!!
The “L” family just received the best Christmas present ever – a beautiful baby girl. She is absolutely perfect in every way. She slept like a dream for me and was so incredibly sweet and snuggly. Mom brought along some of their own personal items to use and I loved it. I love being able to truly personalize a session. My favorite had to be the hat that will be used for her announcements, so I can’t share that photo just yet – but it is adorable! I also loved that mom brought the quilt from “C’s” bedding set. The colors are beautiful and vibrant and I loved being able to incorporate that into our shoot. Thank you for coming to see me “L” family, and for sharing your little angel with me. I know you all will have a VERY, Merry Christmas!
What can I say about this session other than it was perfect! Baby “C” was an absolute angel. He is such a handsome little thing and slept like a champ for me. I had so much fun setting up some Christmas shots with him which I love, but love his simple shots even more. I had such a hard time narrowing them down. I wish I could share them all but I have to save some for his gallery. Thank you so much to “C”‘s mom and dad. They were so easy to work with, laid back and sweet. I’m honored you chose me to capture your newborn photos, and hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
