I had the pleasure of meeting the “A” family Friday. We went over to Pullen Park to enjoy some of the beautiful weather we’re having. Big Brother “C” was the perfect little model. He was even helping come up with some poses for him. He had the biggest brown eyes that I could have photographed all day. Little sister “P” on the other hand did not want anything to do with me, like most 18 month olds. What she was interested in was eating. Someone must be going through a growth spurt because she just wanted to eat. I couldn’t compete with her turkey sandwich =) Luckily I managed to steal a few shots in between bites. Thanks for coming out to meet me “D” family, I know it wasn’t an easy session – but I hope it was worth it!
Meet baby “L”. He is little brother to big brother “L”. I had the pleasure of meeting this family earlier this spring for their maternity session. I love being able to meet and get to know my clients before their newborn session. It feels like friends coming to visit me, plus I get a feel for what their style is and can personalize their session more. We kept baby “L’s” session pretty simple. We wanted to get some classic shots and some similar shots that big brother had done for his newborn photos. The session went great with both the family shots and the newborn shots. Baby “L” slept like a champ and was so easy to work with. I would have loved to have kept him all day but alas big brother had enough and needed to get home to nap. Thank you so much mom and dad for trusting me with your sweet boys. I loved getting to work with you all!
I had the pleasure of photographing this great family a few weeks ago. I’ve known them for quite some time now, but 2 years ago they moved back to New England. I was sad to see them go, but that is also where I call home so was happy they were able to move back to be close to their family. It had been a while since I’ve seen them. So much so that I almost didn’t recognize their son. He has gotten so big and is all grown up now. I’m so glad they were able to take time out of their busy vacation down here to see me, and more so to have been able to capture some family pictures for them. It was so nice to see you all again!
Meet baby “D”. He is 4lbs 5oz of pure perfection. He’s a tiny little miracle delivered to some of the sweetest parents I’ve met. I am so honored to be able to capture these newborn photos for this family. They were so appreciative and excited about the photos that it’s hard for me to contain my excitement. I want to put every picture in their sneak peek because I know how important these photos are for them. The session was a breeze as baby “D” just slept the day away. He looked so peaceful and almost had a tiny grin on his face throughout the session.
