I welcomed newborn baby “R” into my studio recently. It is always such an honor when a family is expanding and asks you to capture their newest addition. I took big sister’s newborn photos and 1 year photos and loved getting to see again now with her little sister. Both girls were absolutely amazing for their session. It was one of the easiest sibling sessions I’ve had. Mom and Dad are truly blessed to have such beautiful girls. I could not be any more happy for this family of 4!
Beautiful baby “L” | Goldsboro newborn photographer
Take a look at this beautiful baby girl. She was a dream to work with. Such gorgeous hair, skin and lips. Mom called and asked if I could fit in a last minute session with her and I am sure glad our schedules worked out. I loved capturing her newborn photos, especially all her tiny newborn bits – lips, nose, fingers, toes. There is just something so incredibly sweet about all the little parts that make up these perfect little humans. It is amazing just how fast they grow and is hard to look back and remember just how tiny there little feet and hands were. Capturing them in photographs freezes them so you can look back and remember just how tiny your baby once was.
9 day old baby “E” came to visit me. He is the grandson of one of my husband’s co-workers. He was such a cute little thing and a great little sleeper. He let me go through my usual posing workflow without even stirring.
I have to admit I was a little nervous for baby “L”‘s session. I have not had a newborn this old in a while, and it can go either way. Luckily for me she slept pretty good. She would wake hungry, but as soon as she was fed she would go right back to sleep. She definitely liked to have her legs stretched so that limited us a bit in some of the more squishy poses, but we worked around it. Her features are so beautiful, just like her momma!
I have had so many of my newborn clients returning with baby brothers and sisters that will be arriving soon. This sweet girl is going to have a little sister and a friend for life. I have no doubt that “E” will make an amazing big sister. She was so good for her session and a typical 2 year old – off exploring, picking flours and running. I am so excited for this family and to watch them grow!
